Unleash the potential of AI chatbots in your workflow by integrating Konfuzio Chat with Zapier. Connect Konfuzio Chat with numerous apps on Zapier to optimize your processes. Even if Konfuzio Chat is not directly available in the Zapier app directory, you can easily integrate it with this exclusive Konfuzio to Zapier link.

Prerequisites

• An active Konfuzio chat account.
• A Zapier account (create one if you don't already have one).

Connection of Konfuzio with Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account.
2. Use the special link to add Konfuzio to your Zapier account and improve the automation of your customer support: Konfuzio-Zapier integration.
3. Select "Connect" to link Konfuzio to your Zapier account.

Setting up a Zap

1. Go to "Make a Zap" in your Zapier dashboard.
2. Select Konfuzio as the trigger app.
3. Select the "Receive offline message" trigger.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your Konfuzio account.
5. Customize the trigger settings based on your preferences for receiving offline messages.

Setting up an action

1. Once you have configured your trigger, select the action app to which the data from Konfuzio should be sent.
