Konfuzio Academy
Achieve more as a team,
that you have.
We work with your team within your existing processes on a real-world case from your backlog. Afterward, your team will incorporate AI tools into their daily work and continue to develop independently.

Here's how it works
The scope and schedule will depend on your team. A typical three-step process:
01
Assessment of the Current Situation
Usually a half-day remote session. What tools is the team using today? What's holding things up? Which item from the backlog is a good fit?.
Result: A brief report and the first real-life case.
02
Workshop
For example, two days on-site with two practitioners. First, the trainer demonstrates using a real-life case study, and then the team works in pairs in their own environment.
Result: Project guidelines, best practices, and a case study that has been implemented and tested.
03
Program
For example, four months. Work on your own code, remote meetings, and an on-site final assessment with a maturity level evaluation and a voluntary exam.
Result: a team that works independently with the help of AI.
Four Questions to Answer Before We Begin
Three people decide on the purchase; a fourth decides on its success. Each has a saying that we're all familiar with.
Why Konfuzio?
We build it ourselves.
We advise operators, not film manufacturers. Our development team works with coding agents every day.
We work within your processes.
Using your real-world scenarios, in your development environment, following your conventions.
We are familiar with regulated environments.
Because we deliver them ourselves: ISO 27001, Order Processing, Logging.
We're leaving the guardrails behind.
Project rules, review procedures, and tasks that apply after the deadline. Not just enthusiasm that fizzles out after two weeks.
What Remains
| Result | What It Is | For whom |
|---|---|---|
| Project Guidelines | Configuration File in the Repository: Conventions, Tests, and Restricted Areas for the Coding Agent | Tech Lead |
| Guardrails | What data may be entered into which tool, who verifies it, and what is logged; in accordance with data protection and information security policies | Privacy, Audit |
| A real-life case | Implemented and tested; to be used as a template for the next process | Development Team |
| Working in Pairs | A team that knows how to grow on its own | Development Team |
| Maturity Level Classification | Where the team stands and what the next step is—presentable internally | Department Management |
| „AI Developer“ Certificate“ | Optional exam at the end of the program; free for participants, available online, and suitable for LinkedIn | Each participant |
From Real-World Experience: A Feature Based on Requirements and a Mockup
At a software company, the workshop began with a ZIP folder: requirements for a planned feature and a mockup. Even without access to the repository, this demonstrated how a coding agent derives an implementation plan from requirements, what questions they should ask beforehand, and where project rules must keep them in check.
This is how the first case began
- Zip folder containing requirements and a mockup
- Implementation Plan by the Coding Agent
- Questions Before the First Code Proposal
- Project Rules as a Check in the Right Places
- Continuing work within the team's own environment
