The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python and Kubernetes and can write specifically to meet the needs of our customers and software partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational and partner standards
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Konfuzio's products and services to translate complex product information into accessible, user-friendly content
- Write clear, concise, partner-focused content that meets the needs of diverse audiences
- Rewrite and contextualize individual ticket requests into common documentation to encourage reuse and reduce repetitive requests
- Create and manage an information architecture that promotes understanding and usability
