Is Konfuzio SaaS compatible with our existing systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, DMS)?
Yes, Konfuzio SaaS supports flexible integration with almost all systems via our REST API (interface).

How does the onboarding and training of the team take place?
When you sign up for the SaaS offer, our experts will help you get started with customized workshops and training courses. These cover setting up projects, creating labels and label sets and training your own AI models, among other things.

How many pages can the SaaS system process per hour?
Processing depends on the document complexity. In optimized environments, however, several thousand pages can be processed per hour, especially with parallel processing and a high-performance infrastructure.

Which hosting providers does Konfuzio work with?
Our hosting partners are Hetzner and the Open Telekom Cloud, both renowned providers with the highest security standards.

Do you offer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for availability?

What support services are available with SaaS Exclusive and how are support requests managed?
We offer you support by telephone or e-mail during our regular working hours (Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:00). In addition, our Ticket system for direct communication with the development experts. You can also track the status of your tickets there.
