DocuWarean established provider of document management solutions, acquired the German company natif.ai for around 18 million euros in April 2024. natif.ai's focus on deep learning technologies for document classification and extraction perfectly complements DocuWare's traditional strengths. This strategic acquisition underlines the growing importance of AI technologies in document processing and DocuWare's ambition to remain at the forefront of technology.

SER Group expands with modular IDP platform

The most recent transaction took place in March 2025 with the acquisition of Klippa by the German SER Group for around 24 million euros. The Dutch company Klippa has made a name for itself with its modular IDP platform for automated document processing. For SER Group, this acquisition represents an important expansion of the product portfolio with modern, cloud-native IDP functionalities.
